Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Lead agile/scrum ceremonies and waterfall methodologies as needed for complex enterprise initiatives
- Develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage cross-functional teams (15+ members) including developers, designers, and QA specialists
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive presentations ensuring alignment on project status
- Monitor project budgets (avg. $2M+) and resource allocation using JIRA and MS Project
- Implement continuous improvement processes through retrospectives and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience with 3+ years in tech/enterprise environments
- PMP or CSM certification required with active commitment to ongoing professional development
- Proven track record delivering complex software projects with budgets exceeding $1M
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies with hands-on JIRA experience
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in risk assessment and change management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presentation experience
