Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable data insights and reporting solutions
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize business requirements
- Validate test cases and ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Support implementation of new systems and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with weekend shift exposure
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience documenting business requirements using UML/BPMN notation
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
