Responsibilities
- Translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and technical specifications
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, document, and prioritize requirements
- Analyze data trends and metrics to identify process improvement opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and wireframes for development teams
- Validate solutions through testing and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain product backlogs with clear acceptance criteria
- Develop executive dashboards and reports to track KPIs and project milestones
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with SaaS or tech industry background
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling, and user story creation
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodologies experience with certification (CSM/CBAP)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other project management platforms
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders competing priorities in matrixed organizations
