Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements for new features and system enhancements
- Perform gap analysis between current processes and industry best practices to identify optimization opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria using JIRA and Confluence
- Develop and maintain data models, KPI dashboards, and reporting mechanisms using SQL and Tableau
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align technical teams with business objectives
- Validate solution feasibility through cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections
- Document system specifications and ensure seamless implementation with development teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS or technology environments
- Expertise in requirements elicitation techniques (user stories, use cases, wireframing)
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and BPMN notation
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating complex business problems into technical solutions
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights to executive stakeholders
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent experience preferred
