Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, documentation, and validation for enterprise-scale projects
- Analyze complex business processes using data modeling, flowcharts, and UML diagrams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Translate stakeholder needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Develop and maintain process documentation and solution roadmaps
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA strongly preferred
- Proven experience in financial services or fintech industry
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
