Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify process improvement opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders, including executives and end-users.
- Create detailed user stories, use cases, and functional specifications to guide the development team.
- Design and maintain data models, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize complex business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, QA, and Project Management, to ensure project success.
- Perform gap analysis to compare current business processes against industry standards and proposed solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure all stakeholders understand new processes and systems.
- Monitor project metrics and deliver regular progress reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience working within Agile or Waterfall development methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business language.
- Proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations and resolving conflicts.
- Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart is highly preferred.
