Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and wireframes
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Implement data validation techniques and quality assurance protocols
- Track KPIs and generate performance reports for continuous improvement
- Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent experience
