Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities
- Document requirements, workflows, and user stories using UML diagrams and flowcharts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop data models and reports to support decision-making
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business needs
- Perform gap analysis between current and future state processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience with process mapping and workflow optimization
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
