Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Coordinate resources across engineering, design, and QA teams
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and deliverables using Jira, Asana, and MS Project
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through weekly syncs and executive reporting
- Manage project budgets and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and SOC 2 standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years project management experience with software development projects
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex initiatives on time/budget
- Expertise in risk management and change control processes
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Ability to thrive in flexible weekend schedules
