Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify process improvement opportunities and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements and functional specifications.
- Design and develop detailed process flows, use cases, and wireframes to communicate solutions effectively.
- Analyze complex data sets to generate reports and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Act as the liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Support the implementation of new systems and applications, ensuring user adoption and satisfaction.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular status updates to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (3+ years of experience in lieu of degree).
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business language.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
