Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across technical, compliance, and stakeholder domains
- Implement Agile methodologies while maintaining strict federal compliance documentation
- Monitor project KPIs using JIRA and MS Project tools
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for weekend deliverables
- Facilitate stakeholder communications including weekly progress reports
- Ensure weekend deliverables align with Monday handoff protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years project management experience with weekend shift exposure
- PMP or CAPM certification required
- Proficiency in federal contracting documentation (FAR/DFARS)
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong MS Project and JIRA proficiency
- Experience managing IT infrastructure projects
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
