Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, document, and validate requirements
- Analyze operational data using SQL and Excel to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Develop process flows, wireframes, and documentation for new product features
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives
- Create and maintain project dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for real-time performance tracking
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure backlog prioritization aligns with strategic goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS or tech environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven experience documenting requirements using UML, flowcharts, and user stories
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Scrum Master preferred
