Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Document detailed business requirements, user stories, and process flows using industry-standard methodologies
- Create data visualizations and reports using SQL, Tableau, and Excel to support executive decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
- Validate system solutions against business requirements through UAT and QA collaboration
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics to track operational success
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Agile and Lean methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift or non-traditional hours
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to bridge technical and business teams
- Proven experience documenting requirements using UML, BPMN, or similar frameworks
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
