Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Own the planning, execution, and closure of high-stakes projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, providing clear communication, regular updates, and managing expectations effectively.
- Agile & Waterfall Mastery: Implement and optimize project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) to maximize team efficiency and product quality.
- Risk & Resource Management: Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies. Optimize resource allocation to ensure team capacity is maximized.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to break down silos and drive cohesive product development.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor Project Managers and Team Leads, fostering professional growth and best practices within the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the Software Development or Information Technology industry.
- Certification: PMP, PgMP, or similar professional certification is strongly preferred.
- Methodology: Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks, with practical experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments.
- Tools: Proficient in project management software such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving high-performing cultures.
