Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities during weekend operational cycles
- Develop detailed requirements documentation and process flows for weekend-specific projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend service delivery
- Create and maintain dashboards to monitor weekend performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during weekend hours to gather business needs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift or rotational scheduling

- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-PMP designation a plus
