Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Leverage SQL and data visualization tools to generate actionable reports
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align cross-functional teams
- Track KPIs and provide recommendations for optimization
- Support agile development cycles through requirement validation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or finance
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and SDLC
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) a plus
- Experience with process mapping and requirement documentation
