Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement
- Translate stakeholder needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions
- Create comprehensive documentation including process flows, wireframes, and test cases
- Conduct thorough data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in process modeling and requirements gathering
- Certification (CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA) highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
