Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis and create actionable insights to optimize weekend operational workflows
- Document business requirements and translate complex processes into clear technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain process documentation, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during weekend shifts to align on project deliverables
- Analyze weekend-specific KPIs and recommend data-driven solutions
- Support system testing and validation during weekend deployment cycles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift or non-traditional hours
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience documenting requirements using standard methodologies (UML, BPMN)
