Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data requirements to deliver actionable insights
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and requirements specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and success metrics
- Develop SQL queries and Excel models to extract, transform, and visualize data
- Present findings to stakeholders through dashboards and executive summaries
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
- Support weekend system implementations and user acceptance testing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) preferred but not required
