Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business analysis including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews
- Design and implement data models to optimize operational efficiency and KPI tracking
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Excel
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align on project objectives and deliverables
- Validate system changes through UAT and document all process improvements
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend data-driven optimization strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend/shift work exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and requirements documentation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience with healthcare or financial services industries a major plus
