Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to align on deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular progress reports to executive stakeholders
- Manage risk mitigation and change control processes
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery frameworks
- Mentor junior project team members
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven experience with Jira, Asana, or similar project tools
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall hybrid approaches
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing budgets over $1M
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
