Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to gather and document user stories
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems
- Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions for process automation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless feature implementation

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or fintech
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record documenting requirements using UML/BPMN
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
