Responsibilities
- Lead project lifecycles from conception to deployment using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage client expectations through regular reporting
- Develop detailed project plans with milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining budget constraints
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and quality standards
- Implement Jira/Asana for task tracking and progress monitoring
- Conduct post-project reviews to document lessons learned and improve processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or Agile certification strongly preferred
- Expert proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with remote team coordination and virtual collaboration
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Ability to manage 15-20 hours per week with flexible scheduling
