Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups)
- Coordinate resources across IT, marketing, and development teams
- Identify and mitigate project risks using JIRA and Asana
- Communicate progress to stakeholders via weekly status reports
- Maintain project documentation and compliance standards
- Optimize processes using Six Sigma and PMI methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP or CSM certification preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and Waterfall hybrid models
- Proficiency with MS Project, Trello, and Confluence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
