Responsibilities
- Lead project lifecycle from initiation to closure using Agile methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and risk mitigation strategies
- Track KPIs and report progress to stakeholders through weekly dashboards
- Manage project budgets, resources, and vendor relationships
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups)
- Implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of project management experience in tech/creative industries
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with hybrid/remote team coordination
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful project deliveries
