Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from conception to deployment
- Stakeholder alignment across engineering, product, and executive teams
- Risk mitigation and resource optimization for complex technical initiatives
- Implementing JIRA/Confluence workflows for sprint planning and tracking
- Driving continuous improvement through retrospectives and KPI analysis
- Managing $2M+ budgets with financial forecasting and variance reporting
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience in tech/SaaS
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record scaling enterprise-grade cloud solutions
- Expertise in waterfall and hybrid agile methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and Smartsheet
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
