Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management for enterprise-scale initiatives
- Stakeholder alignment across federal agencies, vendors, and internal teams
- Agile/Scrum methodologies implementation with Jira/Confluence
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution
- Budget optimization and resource allocation
- Compliance adherence (FISMA, PMI standards)
- Vendor management and contract oversight
Qualifications
- 7+ years project management experience with federal contracts
- PMP or PgMP certification required
- Expertise in Waterfall/Agile hybrid methodologies
- Proven success managing $1M+ budgets and 10+ person teams
- Strong DC-area government contracting knowledge
- Advanced MS Project/Power BI skills
- Change management expertise
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
