- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution in dynamic tech environments
- Budget forecasting and financial performance tracking for multimillion-dollar projects
- Vendor management and third-party integration coordination
- Process optimization and continuous improvement of project delivery frameworks
- Mentorship of junior project team members
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in tech/IT
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex software development projects
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level reporting
- Experience with Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
