Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and system requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to gather comprehensive business requirements
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure project success and operational efficiency
- Lead UAT testing cycles and validate solution effectiveness against business needs
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear data-driven insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement management tools (Jira)
- Strong experience with process mapping (BPMN) and requirement elicitation techniques
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent practical experience preferred
