Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of complex SaaS product lifecycles from conception to launch
- Strategic roadmap planning and prioritization using JIRA and Confluence
- Stakeholder management with C-level executives and external partners
- Resource allocation and capacity planning for 15+ member cross-functional teams
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution using agile methodologies
- Budget management for projects exceeding $5M in annual spend
- Performance analytics and KPI tracking using Google Data Studio
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ in tech/SaaS
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in scaling agile/scrum frameworks for enterprise environments
- Proven track record delivering complex B2B software solutions
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and resource management tools
- Strong data literacy with experience in financial modeling
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Excellent presentation skills with executive stakeholder experience
