Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and documentation using industry-standard tools
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and process inefficiencies
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Support UAT and implementation phases to ensure solution alignment
- Maintain and improve business analysis methodologies and templates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of business analysis experience in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PMP designation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Proven track record of delivering complex business solutions
- Experience in financial services or healthcare industry preferred
