Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the strategic product vision and roadmap for our enterprise portfolio, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation and discovery to launch, iteration, and retirement.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality user experiences.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and drive product differentiation.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, technical feasibility, and user needs.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing KPIs, user metrics, and revenue impact to optimize product performance.
- Act as the primary product evangelist, presenting updates to executive stakeholders and the broader organization.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the SaaS or B2B technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex enterprise products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
- Self-starter mentality with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
