Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) to ensure seamless collaboration
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive risk management strategies
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular updates and status reports
- Implement agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to optimize team productivity and delivery
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record managing complex software development projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience with budget management and resource optimization
