As a Senior Project Manager, you will serve as the bridge between technical teams and executive stakeholders, ensuring our strategic vision is executed flawlessly.
Responsibilities
- Lead & Direct: Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning to drive team velocity and product quality.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential roadblocks early and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team capacity and workload distribution across multiple concurrent projects.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet stringent quality standards and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within the IT or Software Development sector.
- Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Master certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of SDLC, JIRA, Confluence, and other PM tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Location: Must reside in the Phoenix, AZ metropolitan area.
