Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, fostering a collaborative culture.
- Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables with key stakeholders, providing clear communication throughout.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies proactively.
- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to ensure financial efficiency.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (Sprints, Retrospectives) and maintain JIRA/Confluence documentation.
- Present project status updates to executive leadership on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the SaaS or IT sector.
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or MS Project.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
