Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline execution
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across departments to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using industry-standard methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
- Identify and mitigate project risks while implementing proactive mitigation strategies
- Manage project budgets and financial controls to ensure cost efficiency
- Mentor junior project managers and foster continuous improvement in project management practices
- Conduct post-project reviews to document lessons learned and optimize future initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in IT/software development
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders
