Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed requirement documents and user stories
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and cross-functional meetings
- Develop data models and process flow diagrams
- Perform gap analysis between current and future state
- Support UAT and implementation phases
- Track KPIs and report on project progress
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Financial services industry knowledge a plus
