Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data systems to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed requirements documentation and process flows using BPMN
- Create data visualizations and KPI dashboards using Power BI/Tableau
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Validate solutions through UAT and document implementation roadmaps
- Lead agile ceremonies and prioritize backlogs in Jira
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in SQL and data modeling techniques
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or Agile Analysis (IIBA-ABA) preferred
- Proficiency in Atlassian Suite and Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR)
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions
