Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements
- Analyze financial data using SQL and Power BI
- Document processes with Visio and Lucidchart
- Develop KPI dashboards for executive reporting
- Facilitate JIRA backlog grooming sessions
- Lead UAT testing cycles for new features
- Create ROI models for process optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years as Business Analyst in finance/tech
- Expertise in data modeling and ETL processes
- Proficient in SQL, Power BI, and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge
- Experience with banking compliance regulations
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
