Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise clients during weekend shifts
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, analysts) across time zones
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure on-time delivery
- Manage project budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Generate comprehensive project documentation and status reports
- Facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with IT/tech projects
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven weekend shift or non-traditional schedule management
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and MS Project tools
- Strong stakeholder management across all organizational levels
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Experience with remote/hybrid team coordination
