As a Weekend Shift Project Manager, you'll oversee cross-functional teams, ensure seamless project delivery, and implement agile methodologies. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, design, and operations
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure quality deliverables
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive reporting
- Maintain JIRA/Asana dashboards and project documentation
- Mentor junior project team members
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift work
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven experience leading IT/tech projects in financial services
- Expertise in resource allocation and budget management
- Strong proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
