Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support for corporate systems, servers, and network infrastructure
- Monitor system health and proactively address security vulnerabilities during off-peak hours
- Execute scheduled maintenance and system upgrades with zero downtime
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and system changes in compliance with corporate policies
- Collaborate with global teams during critical system deployments and troubleshooting
- Manage user access controls and permissions across enterprise platforms
- Conduct regular data backups and disaster recovery simulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of corporate IT support experience with night shift preference
- CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and ITIL practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work autonomously
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional on-site equipment retrieval
