Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for weekend deployment initiatives across energy sector clients
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams (DevOps, Security, Engineering) during weekend sprints
- Execute risk mitigation strategies for high-stakes infrastructure projects
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies with Jira and Confluence
- Manage $2M+ project budgets with quarterly ROI reporting
- Stakeholder communication with C-suite executives and external partners
- Post-implementation reviews driving continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 8+ years project management experience with 3+ in weekend shift roles
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven track record in energy/infrastructure projects >$1M
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and MS Project
- Advanced conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Ability to work independently during off-hours with minimal supervision
