Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, design, QA) to maintain project momentum
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Monitor project budgets, risks, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups) and adapt processes as needed
- Generate comprehensive status reports for stakeholders using Jira and Confluence
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and project delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ years in weekend shift roles
- PMP or CPM certification required; Agile/Scrum certification highly desirable
- Expert proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Proven ability to manage remote teams across multiple time zones
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with budget management (>$500K projects)
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities
