Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise-level server infrastructure during night shift hours
- Proactively troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Execute scheduled system upgrades and security patches with zero downtime
- Collaborate with global IT teams to resolve complex technical escalations
- Document incident reports, maintenance logs, and knowledge base articles
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 security protocols
- Provide after-hours support for critical business applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure support experience
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Excellent problem-solving skills with high-pressure incident management
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment maintenance
