Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements and user stories.
- Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data to generate reports and drive process improvements.
- Process Optimization: Map out current state processes and design efficient future state workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication of project goals.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents (BRD), technical specifications, and process diagrams.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in business processes and propose mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a 24/7 operations or shift-based environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be available to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of resolving complex business issues.
