Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for complex systems.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create detailed process maps, wireframes, and functional specifications documents.
- Act as the primary point of contact for weekend support tickets and system troubleshooting.
- Partner with developers and QA teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Prepare and present clear reports and dashboards to management on a weekly basis.
- Maintain and update the business requirements documentation repository.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role (minimum 3 years).
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business terms.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during weekend shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
