Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Design and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and use case documentation using Visio or similar tools.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions for night operations.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
- Prepare and present data-driven reports and insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and BI reporting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
