Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Validate solutions through testing cycles and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Support system implementations and provide post-launch optimization recommendations
- Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure seamless global project delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or remote work background
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Proven track record of delivering projects in financial services or healthcare industries
