Responsibilities
- Analyze stakeholder requirements and document business processes
- Develop data models and visualizations using SQL and Power BI
- Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams
- Create detailed user stories and process flows
- Perform gap analysis between current and future states
- Support UAT testing and validation activities
- Present findings to senior leadership through executive dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and JIRA
- Experience with government contracting projects
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work 20-25 hours/week on-site
